We are TRACK15, performers of the new ending song for Tougen Anki, “Hand in Hand.”
One of our members has the original manga stored back at his parents’ house, so we’ve all read the series before and been familiar with the work for a long time. We were so honored to receive the opportunity to work on the anime’s ending theme song!
While engaging with the series, I really related to how the story handled inner conflicts, like being unable to share one’s true feelings and keeping emotions bottled up deep inside. It really resonated with me; I could relate to it.
I don’t think of myself as a particularly strong person, but there are certain feelings you can only understand because you have weaknesses. I felt that both accepting and validating those weaknesses was my way of connecting with this story, which is why I wrote “Hand in Hand.”
I’m really looking forward to the broadcast!
I truly do hope that this song and Tougen Anki both add a little more color to your life.
